Paleo Road Trip: 5 days, 3 children, 2 adults, 1 minivan

Hi everybody! I have to keep this post short because we are loading up and getting ready to drive to California, but I wanted to share with you the food I am packing for us. So here are links to the recipes and products in the video.

Free-Range Turkey Sticks

Strawberry Granola Recipe (Omit the cinnamon and raisins. Substitute strawberry spread in place of applesauce. I used half almonds and half walnuts.)

Cinnamon Raisin Granola Recipe  (I used half almonds and half walnuts.)

Scones Recipe (I will share my substitutions for the cranberry orange flavor soon.)

Gelatin/Gummies Recipe (I used 32 oz of R.W. Knudsen Just Concord, and I omitted the strawberries, rhubarb, water, lemon juice, honey, and salt. So basically the one in the video is just juice and gelatin.) NOTE: This has to stay on ice in the cooler.

    I’d love to know what type of ingredients you put in your shake blender aside from protein powder … my family eats a lot like yours does and we travel a lot, so easy road foods are always good finds!
