This is not chocolate.

But why on earth am I telling you this? I know you already know.
Because we just handed in our book (Paleo Chocolate Lovers) to Victory Belt this morning, and store-bought chocolate was the last chapter we worked on (so I have "chocolate" brands on my mind).
It has been hard and wonderful, delicious, sometimes frustrating, and other times joyful working on such a huge project for Victory Belt. Am I glad that it's over? Yes. Would I do it all over again? Absolutely.
What I am most looking forward to right now though is slowing down again. Letting my husband go back to work while I take care of the kids. Making recipes from my dear friend, Elana's lovely new book. Taking long walks. Sitting on the swing with the kids in the yard. It will be nice :-)
