My second cookbook came out in the fall of 2010 (the same time as the release of The Paleo Solution). It was and still is completely grain-free, though not Paleo. This book uses coconut flour, shredded coconut, nuts and nut flours, whole cooked beans, and seed flours like quinoa and buckwheat. Maybe half of the book is Paleo-legal—I’m not sure, I’m super busy so I haven’t counted.
Lately this book has been mistaken for a Paleo cookbook, and it is not. So we have changed the title of the book to Gluten-Free Baking & Desserts. We were also able to lower the price of the book. I’m hoping that this new title will put an end to any confusion. Please note: We have not changed the contents of the book in any way, only the title.
Also, I am noticing only now that Amazon has all three of my published books on sale right now (click on the book covers on the right side of the blog), possibly for the holiday weekend. We are trying to find out when this sale will end, hopefully not today! I hope you are having a great holiday weekend!
