Kiwi Apricot & Mango Pops

Today I have for you, not really a recipe, but more of an inspirational photograph. These pops are nothing but pureed fruit. Kiwi, apricot, and mango. They take only a few minutes to make and they are so pretty and healthy. I use my Magic Bullet to puree the fruit and BPA-Free molds.

For more inspiration check out my Pinterest boards HERE that include other great pops like THESE.

I think you should call these Ginger Pops, since they were inspired by little Ginger.

My own "Ginger Pops" are in the freezer right now--avocado, banana, coconut milk, and 1 t. maple syrup. What wouldn't go into the molds went into my mouth instead as a breakfast smoothie.

These are so beautiful! I love how the kiwi gives a speckled appearance. I will try these this week!

Yum!! Did you just pour the fruits in on top of each other or did you have to pour in the first fruit, freeze, then the second fruit, freeze and so on? Looks beautiful!
