    Listened to your podcast on my Sunday run this morning. I have Hoshimotos and am not only dairy free, and wheat free, but have been told that I should stay away from too many grains too. Sugar is the one thing I have a hard time with, but I know the down side. So, I try to avoid it. I am a fitness trainer and have always been on a quest to be the healthiest I can be. But, I feel like I am an island sometimes. It’s so nice to be in touch with a community of people who are in the same boat as myself. I have two small children as well and I can completely identify with you blogging moms out there talking about Paleo/GF/DF. Makes me feel right at home. It’s fantastic!
