Many of you have probably heard me talking about the Gluten & Allergen-Free Expo coming up at the end of this month in Chicago. This expo is created by the amazing Jen of Gluten-Free Life With Jen and sponsored by Living Without. I would say that I'm really excited about it, but that's such an understatement :-) I can't wait to meet you! I'll be flying in with my good friend, Lexie, who I'm sure you all know and love.
I also can't wait to see Hallie and take cooking classes with my friends Shirley, Stephanie, and Amy, just to name a few. In the vendor area I will be presenting, along with Shauna, Alisa, and many other amazing women.
Between meeting people at the book signing table (where I will be), taking cooking classes, and hearing presentations on the public stage, you can sample and buy from 70 vendors! It's going to be so much fun!
I wanted to make sure that you knew all about it, and I hope to meet you there!
