...don't you think?

It's been a really long time since I've hand a hankering for cookie dough. Then, last night, out of the blue, there it was—Hankering for cookie dough ;-) I mixed some up in about 15 minutes time, and gave the girls and I each a cute mini mason jar of cookie dough. Yummy.
In case you ever get a craving for cookie dough too, here's my recipe:

oh yum!
Noms!! I actually prefer the dough to the baked cookies, as a rule--and vegan means no worries eating raw dough :D. I posted a chocolate chip cookie dough truffle a while back (mostly oats and cashews) and while it wasn't the kind of dough to bake, it worked perfectly as a raw truffle filling--I just mix that up now when I have a craving. Try rolling your dough into balls and coating in melted chocolate--I bet it would be HEAVENLY. :)
PS Made the grain free vegan brownies over the weekend--fantastic. And cut those chocolate cravings perfectly.
I have some ?? for you or rather could use some help. I could not get the link on your page to work so I am contacting you thru here. Can you let me know what is the best way to connect with you? I am new to the world of eating healthier. My daughter is gluten, dairy & sugar free & I am looking for idea's to begin with. Thanks.
Doesn't cookie dough cause salmonella?
