Raw Chocolate & Raspberry Candy
refined sugar and dairy free!
Add to food processor:
10 oz sugar-free raspberry preserve (I use St. Dalfour)
5 pitted dates
5 pitted prunes
(soak dates and prunes ahead of time if they are very dry)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup raw Hemp Seeds
2 tbsp Maca Powder, or your favorite protein powder
2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
Form into balls with your hands and roll in more shredded coconut.
Dehydrate at 125 degrees for about 4 hours.
They will firm up as they cool.
