We got our Door to Door Organics Bitty Box yesterday, and I thought we would show it to you. They have local and not local organics, and a few sizes to choose from. What I love about Door to Door Organics is that you can tell them your preferences and make up to 3 substitutions a week. That way you never get something you don't like in your box. Check out their website to see if they're available in your area: Door to Door Organics or click to find a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) near you. Happy St. Patrick's Day! Cheers, Kelly

have you ever had any problems with door to door? i made a few orders with them probably a year ago but we kept getting some fruit or vegetables that were old or wilting. just curious if we were the only ones :)
Noosh, That hasn't happened to me, but sometimes I get more per week than others. Sometimes I think, Wow, that's a lot of food! And sometimes, I think it's not so much.
Hi Kelly,
I love Door to Door! I am a customer of theirs in Kansas City. I just started doing a weekly post on my blog (www.urbanhomesteadx.com)called "What I did with my Door to Door Organics box....". Check it out! You have an awesome blog!
I was a Door-to-Door customer until about a year ago. I loved them, but a few things put me off of them. First, my delivery day changed which actually wasn't a huge deal except that delivery kept getting later and later in the day until I could no longer count on my box arriving in time for dinner prep--not good with perishable produce.
Secondly, and this was a big one, but they started including Safeway store-brand organics in my box. Um, if I wanted those, I'd go to Safeway myself--it's close and cheap!
When I canceled, no one contacted me to ask why, which is a HUGE customer service failing. I would have gladly told them why had they asked, instead, I tell everyone else. I know they're growing rapidly but that was a huge oversight.
