Caesar Salad
gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free

I don't know about you guys, but I'm really craving salad after eating all those mashed potatoes and stuffing ;-) This salad is topped with Hemp Seeds (a great source of omega 3 essential fatty acids), apples and raisins. Yum! I used my caesar salad dressing (p 85 in my cookbook), but it's also really good with Creamy Ranch Dressing. For those of you who celebrate, what are you craving post-Christmas?

This salad! I sure could have eaten about a ton of this tonight! This dressing is my absolute favorite right now.

I wanted to let you know that I made your Lasagna for our Christmas Eve supper and it was a huge hit. Everyone liked it even our gluten-eating son-in-law. Wonderful!

Thank you for the recipe. I plan on visiting you daily.

Do you mind if I link your blog to mine?

Caesar salad is one of my all-time favorites. This one looks fabulous, Kelly. I had Caesar salad three times on vacation this past week, so yes, I've been craving the greens. Twice I had it topped with grilled fish. Once I had it with blackened mahi ... that was divine with the contrast of flavors. Must look up your dressing recipes again. I've loaned your book out to one of my new support group members. ;-)
