Kelly--I just came over to copy the link to your cookbook to reply to your comment at gfe, and saw that by doing that I get two entries! Okay, that's not why I was doing it, but I'm not refusing this double opportunity. ;-) I know this book will be great and I can share it with my support group as I do all my resource materials. :-)

I'm just so happy for you guys to have your book published!

1--Shirley Braden

2--glutenfreeeasily@gmail.com

3--I'm gluten free (major gluten issues for myself, and our son), but working towards dairy free again, and working towards reducing the sugar or using less refined sugars like our bees' honey. :-)

Thanks, Kelly!

My name is Melissa Conrad and I would be completely delighted to recieve a copy of your cookbook!

I have been dairy free since about second grade and in about my second year of high school I began to have problems after eating wheat products. I had a hunch that I had Celiac Disease (after working at the local healthfood store that specializes in gluten free products for about 3 years) but my parents refused to believe it. They didn't understand it. So, after a torturous first few months away in college I finally decided enough was enough and I got tested. Sure enough, it came back positive.

Now after a rather bumpy transition with my family, we coexist happily dairy, gluten, and sugar free. :) And I adore your recipes! One of our faves is the almond butter blondies!

Thank you!
& Namaste!

I'm going to go with a gluten/sugar/wheat/dairy free diet (gradually, probably one at a time) because my tummy has not felt right the past couple of months, and my husband needs to figure out what is wrong with his intestinal fauna.

How exciting is this??? Even if I don't win one I still have every intention on getting my grubby little hands on a copy. Of course, since I just plugged it on my blog my friends & fam will now know it's on my wishlist!

3. Going gluten-free was recommended to us for our son who has been showing signs of being mildly autistic but has yet to officially be diagnosed. He & I have been GF for 3 weeks now and everyone who knows him has commented on the differences they've seen in him so it's definitely something we're going to stick with!!!

Hi Kelly,
Five years ago I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. After a year of meds and things still going downhill I saw a naturopath who put me on an elimination diet. We found gluten, dairy and sugar to all be factors in how I feel. So, for the last four years we have followed a gluten/dairy free diet with reduced sugar. This type of diet has also helped my daughter with eczema she has dealt with since she was six weeks old. We haved enjoyed finding blogs like yours that share such wonderful recipes.

Adriana here again...I forgot to tell you a bit about myself. My adventures with celiac have been lifelong but not until 5 years ago did I commit to living a full, healthy, inspired, GF, dairy-free life! It's been an amazing transition for me and I've never felt happier or healthier. I am an avid baker, constantly experimenting with new GF recipes so I would love a copy of your intruiging new cookbook! Be well.

3) I just discovered this site a couple days ago and LOVE it. Wow. Our family is gluten free, casein free, and generally tries to avoid refined sugars. We love the raw restaurants out here but haven't mastered the lifestyle yet. I get a lot of great ideas from the restaurants though so this helps. I haven't been diagnosed with celiac but my brother has and I have rheumatoid arthritis which is much improved on this diet. Thanks for the chance to with the cookbook!

Hi Kelly!

Thank you so much for your wonderful offer!

My name is Daisy and I have Hashimotos thyroiditis that went undiagnosed for at least fifteen years. This lead to a couple of secondary autoimmune disorders. Being tired of living in this downhill spiral I was lucky to have found a team of docs that agree I am not a fat lazy tired old woman. I am now receiving effective treatment and will live my live on a gluten-free, casein-free, sugar-free live-it (rather than diet!).

My children and I also have Asperpers and eating g/f, c/f and s/f provides us with the wonderful nutrition we need in our lives.

Kelly, thank you again for your offer and listening to my story!

I put your link in my blog so you will have more people checking you out!

Have fun,
Daisy

Hi, I'm Jennifer jsm.650@ gmail.com (just take out the space). I am worried that my dd is having problems with gluten, but she is a very picky eater and most of the things she eats are gluten based. I'd love to have a cookbook with recipes that she might like so I can get her off of all the gluten containing foods. I'll post a link to your blog to my group of crunchy friends who are into eating healthy (and a couple who have their own gf/veg websites).

Jennifer again, I forgot to mention that I'm dairy free and aside for some ice cream from time to time I'm limitting my kids' dairy too.

I love your recipes, they are very different from what I've been making, I would love to have this book!!!

I think this cookbook could help me cook some yummy, sugar free, dishes for my mother and grandmother who are both diabetic. It would also be good for me to get into the habit of cooking sugar free, since I will most likely have diabetes when I get older.

I've been wheat free since high school, and gluten-free for 4 years. I also limit my sugar, peanuts, dairy, and soy intake...basically, I stick with whole foods. This has helped with autoimmune issues and terrible tummy trouble. ;)

I don't have a blog/website, but I do subscribe to your RSS feed!

I would love a copy of your book. My family has various issues--hubby lactose intolerant, youngest is ADHD, another has frequent allergy flareups that we are not sure exactly what they are yet. But I am trying one thing that your book does: never a single artifical ingredient - only the best natural ingredients.
I think this is a good idea even if you don't have food allergies, etc.

I will send you my last name and e-mail address.
I don't have a blog, can I just e-mail all of my friends and tell them that I want your cookbook to get a second entery???

I love cookbooks. I would say that I collect them. I read them from cover to cover. I ask everyone I know for their favorite recipes.
I have some health issues that I know have a solution that I haven't found yet. I have had doctors practically pat me on the head and say "of course you are tired, you have 4 kids". I have chronic fatigue syndrom, I am suspicious that I have low thyroid, I have diabetes in my family and I don't want that, I have had acne since I was 10 and I am 38 now, I am overweight despite eating healthy, I exersised for 6 months and ran a 10-k with little change, and then pooped myself out and couldn't exercise for a while. I want to be more alive for my husband and kids.
My husband doesn't tollerate dairy.
My kids act like different people when they eat sugar.
Getting a free cookbook would be like Christmas morning!

Hi there -

I am so inspired by the fact that you self-published. Congratulations!

While I do not have celiac, I find that I feel better without wheat and do my best to keep my consumption low. The same goes for sugar and dairy. I am also quite curious about cooking with stevia as a little goes such a very long way when sweetening.

i'm on 'the diet' because i have celiac as well as intolerances to casein and soy, and avoid refined sugar... you're right up my alley!
thanks for all the hard work- i love all of your recipes!

Hi! I've been reading your blog regularly since I discovered it about a month ago, and I would LOVE to grab a copy of your cookbook, 'cuz it's right up my alley given that I'm still trying to figure out what I can cook/eat regularly with recent multiple intolerances/allergies.

1)Andrea!
2)skidownthehill@yahoo.com
3) I found out in January that I'm gluten intolerant (possibly celiac, no diagnosis yet...), have hard a hard time with casein for the last couple of months (now no longer consume it), soy is problematic, AND have a really hard time regulating my blood sugar/not crashing and burning all the time unless I keep refined sugars out of my diet. So anything with recipes excluding the above is welcome on my bookshelf. :)

I just discovered your blog in my search for sugar-free, low carb recipes. I was recently diagnosed with congestive heart failure due to my crazy out of control diabetes (type II) and a bad combination of diabetes medication.. causing a massive amount of fluid retainage - hence the CHF.

This has scared the bejesus out of me. I really want to change my lifestyle.. so I need to cook and bake without white sugar and alternative flours so that I can keep the carbs down.

Your book and blog both look like they'd be valuable tools for me! Thank you! :)

I'm Karen and I went gluten free within the last year. I broke out in a horribly itchy rash on my elbows and couldn't shake thrush after my 2nd daughter was born. My friend suggested I subtract wheat/gluten from my diet and the rash went away! I took the whole family off of it and my 3yr old calmed down considerably.

Hi there,

I love your book. It's so fun and creative. I feel very inspired by your work and life. Not only would I like one (and plan on buying one) for myself (I started an anti-yeast diet back in 1996, after being diagnosed with endometriosis), I would also like to purchase several for friends. I would love to receive a complimentary one to give to my boyfriend, Rick, who I met online through GreenSingles.com, for his birthday, on January 15th. He loves to cook, and also has issues with yeast. He and his 5-year-old son, Chester, practice a whole foods diet, and do not eat gluten, dairy/cow's milk and sugar. Your book and family totally remind me of them and their values. I live in Wisconsin, and he lives in Montana. You are welcome to send the book directly to him. Thank you for your beautiful creation!

Warmly, Kathie
