This is another Costco find. The little Celiac Sprue Association logo on the top right side of the bag caught my eye. I think it's the first product I've seen with that logo, though I don't usually buy a lot of packaged goods, so I wouldn't really know. I picked up the bag and was impressed by the ingredients which include cashews, almonds, walnuts, dried berries like raspberry, blueberry, gojiberries, and pomegranate and acai powders. Additionally, there are no artificial ingredients, and the they are packaged in a peanut free facility. I only wish they were organic.
I went to the company website, so I could tell you about them, and I was surprised to see the cost compared to Costco, where a 2 pound bag is just under 10 dollars. Some of the other flavors look really good though, and this is the only one they offer at our Costco.

Congratulations on another find, Kelly. Seems like you are enjoying shopping at Costco. The ingredients do look good. I agree that it would be great if they were organic, but wow, I hate to think how expensive the product would be if they were. Oh, and I can't say I remember seeing the CSA logo on a product either. I know that Blue Diamond Nut Thins have "Proud Sponsor of the Celiac Disease Foundation" on their boxes.

Wow and no cane sugar?! I will have to check these out! Thanks for the review.
I too wish that these kinds of things were more often organic. I am a lover of Larabars and wish they were organic (besides the chocolate ones). I think most people would be happy to pay a little extra for higher quality ingredients!
I wish they were organic and not made in China. :(
Costco also has a gluten free chocolate cake mix. It has navy been flour. I'm not crazy about mixes, but it looks tasty. I can't have navy beans though.
Did you notice that Naomi tagged you and gave you an award?
