Veggie Sandwich

Looking at this picture makes me want to eat another one right now! 

Ingredients:
Gluten-free bread we made yesterday, toasted
Cashew crumble on one slice (recipe in post below)
Vegenaise Grapeseed Oil on the other slice
Roasted red pepper
Sprouts
Tomato
Avacado

What is your recipe for gluten free bread? I've been looking for a yummy recipe for quite some time and haven't been able to find one quite right. Can you please give me the details of you recipe?

Hi!

In this picture is "French Bread & Pizza Mix" bread by Gluten-Free Pantry. I use the oven method to make it, and it's really good. Like all GF breads though, it has to be toasted if it's not fresh or if it's been in the fridge.

I haven't made it lately though, because I can sometimes get OTB (Outside the Breadbox) bread at our Vitamin Cottage. There is a link for them under my links if you want to order it. It's really good.
